Overall investment management for the development of a three-storey office building of total surface area of 10,800m² with 104 underground parking lots and 110 groundfloor parking lots.

  • Identification of appropriate plot of total surface area of 5,600m², research of possible uses, preparation of a real estate feasibility study, negotiations with land-owners and co-ordination of actions required for the purchase of three contiguous plots located at Kymis Ave. and the National Highway, in the neighbourhood of Kifissia.
  • Determination of the best combination of uses and surfaces for the above building and overall management of sales.
  • Project and construction management.

 

GREEN DESIGN OF BUILDING

To enhance the building’s green profile an integrated energy reduction design was applied during construction of the building. Features of the design include:

  • Green roof
  • Thermal-break aluminum glazing
  • Low-e glass panes
  • Thermal insulation in the structural components of the building at twice the thickness of conventional buildings
  • Night cooling of communal spaces
  • External shades
  • Rain collection in underground tanks in the surrounding area for irrigation during summer
